GOSPEL ARTISTE BERNICE OF JANE AND BERNICE FAME DONATES TO KASOA-NYANYANO COMMUNITY



Ghanaian gospel artiste Bernice Acheampong of the defunct gospel duo Jane and Bernice who currently resides in Columbus in the United State of America last Thursday 16th November showed the people of Kasoa- Nyanyano love by donating a lot of items worth millions of cedis under the authority of her foundation, BeeChamp Charity a non-profit organization with a heart of service.



BeeChamp Charity Foundation offered the gifts to the aged, women and children in the vicinity to help improve their standard of living.



Putting on record the items the foundation gave out during the special event held at Nyanyano included: clothes,drinks,corn flakes,Oats, bags of rice, bottles of oil, footwear,sachets of water and many others.



Aside the basic needs, She also traveled to the area with hospital beds which she said would be given to the clinic at Nyanyano because it had only
three beds at the time she visited the place.


Flex newspaper in an interview with the gospel artiste Bernice Acheampong, She said" I realize America is a land of many opportunities so i took the chance to seek for materials to bring back home for the less privileged. I hate to see people suffer and I break down when I see people in such situation. It became my wish to help the needy anytime I get the opportunity so moving to the USA, I realised this is the time to also help my people back home".

Speaking on how she had all the items, She revealed that she released an album this year so she used the proceeds to purchase some of the items, had support from some companies and individuals in the States who gave her some for free since it is for charity".


BeeChamp will return to Ghana next year in August for another charity event in the Volta Region.

The defunct gospel group, Jane & Bernice is best remembered for their classic songs they did years back  like:I will Bless you, 'Se Nye Yesu Mogya Nua, "Waka Nea Maye", Nua", "Wo Mre Pa Mu" and many songs which has stood the test of time.

The donation is an annual project the Charity foundation is embarking on.
